  • Two chairs, a little table, and an ashtray for those who wish to poison themselves. The balcony worked great for putting out our wet clothes. It was also the best spot to spray on Coppertone Sport SPF 30, as the fumes indoors can overcome you (your lungs don't need protection from the sun, after all).
  • Hmm, this was supposed to be a Garden View Deluxe room... but what is that blue thing in the distance?
  • All kinds of fishies in the pond... and the sound of the tree frogs at night was lovely... like little birds singing you to sleep... or annoying the crap out of you.
  • So, we paid for a Garden View room, and requested building one. I guess the way building one is layed out, everyone gets a bit of an Ocean View anyway... it was a pleasant surprise!
  • Looks like a gorgeous day... let's hope it will be a pretty sunset!
  • Onboard the Catamaran, and speeding away from Couples Negril!
  • Hilliary and Jonathan, enjoying the view from their seats at the back of the boat. Hilliary slipped on the slippery stairs, and tore up her leg pretty good. Not to worry, though... the bartender came over and rubbed her down with a cup of RUM! No infections here... maybe some tears and screams, but the wounds healed well. The lady of the boat took this picture... we weren't about to stand up against the chain at the back of the boat, for fear that we'd go overboard!
  • Just past the point at the north end of Long Bay, heading south toward Pirates Cave.
  • Pirates Cave: Beautiful blue water, fascinating caves, and beautiful cliffs.
  • After putting on lifevests, everyone jumped into the 15-20 foot deep water. The adventurous headed for the cave... the thrill seeking climbed the ladder to jump!
  • Well, we made our way into the cave, which was very dark, and pretty spooky. That's Hilliary there near the entrance to the cave.
  • There's the happy couple posing for a picture inside the cave. The waves really come in hard, and if you're not careful, your head and body will get to know the rocks quite well!
  • The floor of the cave is sandy, though it is consists of very large grains, since it was formed mainly from erosion of the rocks. you have to be careful, though, because you can stub your toe on the walls pretty easily!
  • This cave is a horseshoe, with two entrances. As you're leaving, you've got to be mindful of the divers, such as the one seen in this photo.
  • The water could not have been any prettier, nor the setting more ideal.
  • The cave was a very different experience... the only disappointment is that we couldn't spend more time there. Perhaps next time we'll head over to Rick's Cafe on our own time and do some snorkling, or something.
  • SPLASH! A few people on our boat decided to take the plunge. Most of them came back unharmed ;-)
  • There's a ladder inside the cave opening which leads to the top, but my man doesn't need a stupid ladder... he climbs that wall like a cat on a tree!
  • The locals put on quite a show with their jumping... trying to get tourists to cough up some cash to see them jump from the perch high in that tall tree.
  • Wow, it was a wonderful experience... everyone needs to do the cruise!
