Saying goodbye to the coconuts. Luckily, neither of us was struck on the head by falling fruit during this trip.

  • The "happy" couple, sadly waiting to depart.
  • A lonely bird in a try... about as lonely as we were feeling.
  • Looking past the Couples Negril beach, over toward the "beach" that is featured at most of Grand Lido.
  • There's that logo again... hmm, maybe we can plant these trees in our front yard, and get them to twist together. Oh, wait... we live in Texas... nevermind.
  • The little wedding area, with the Red Flag waitress rushing by.
  • Yeah, that's a pretty ideal spot to get married!
  • What beauty... everywhere.
  • One of the Couples boats coming back from a tour. We did the Glass Bottom boat, which was quite entertaining! Next time we'll try some snorkling or scuba for sure.
  • Just about the middle of the day... with a resort near capacity... it's just IMPOSSIBLE to find a lounge chair, much less a private spot on the beach, isn't it?

  • Hmm, these guys from the Grand Lido don't look like they're doing much "RESCUE-ing" --- looks more like they're wishing they worked for Couples Negril instead!
  • The infamous fence, seperating the clothed from the freed. The nude beach is a great place to hang out, though Jonathan couldn't convince Hilliary to cross the line... at least not on the dry side of the ocean...
  • As we were departing, we wished we could trade places with that couple out in the gentle ocean.
  • Hilliary waits for Jonathan to collect their last Tastee Patties.
  • While waiting for the airport shuttle, we discovered the Koi pond at the front of the resort...
  • There were some really big Koi in this pond...
  • Not a bad entrance for a hotel.
  • Hmm... this little guy looks like he could use some facial reconstruction.
